Exercise Programme Overview
Being physically active offers many rewards. You can lose weight, become fitter and reduce stress levels. Overall, it makes you feel refreshed and happy! It's suggested that everyone should participate in some form of exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week,whether it be walking to the shops, running up and down the stairs or going to a weekly exercise class.
Whether you are a first timer or simply want a change of routine,our range of equipment and classes have something for all ages and fitness levels.
At Totally Trim we offer:
- Gym membership is included at Totally Trim gyms
- Introduction to Cardiovascular, Strength and Stretching programmes (both home and gym based)
- Walking groups
- Regular Fitness Testing and Measurements
- Sessions may include - Stretch & Tone, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxercise, Circuits and Weights
